In the dark, though there was good moonlight last night.
The Younger doe has taken to hanging out in the creek bottom most of the time. Still isn't bringing her fawn down. Cat-cut doe making appearances now and then.

I was driving to Lowe's when a fawn ran across the road not 100 yards from my house.

I grew up in the middle of Maine, and we NEVER saw deer, let alone the young-uns. Now they're like rats.
