Absolute stupidity in both cases. I don't even golf and I know that you don't tee off while someone's on the fairway or green
Had to be a wayward shot... Not even the pros can do that on purpose...
As a cyclist I can tell you that we see plenty of these idiotic circumstances all the time. Folks use their cars as a weapon, kill pedestrians and cyclist and walk away without so much as a slap on their hands. Stinks.
